This Return Policy applies to digital products purchased from Muscleearth through muscleearth.ddd.

Digital Products

All products in our catalog are digital downloads delivered via email. No physical items are shipped. Products include PDF guides, worksheet bundles, and template collections related to active break programs for remote workers.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• You request a refund within fourteen days of purchase.
• You have not downloaded or accessed the digital file.
• The product file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

• The digital file has been downloaded or accessed.
• The purchase was made more than fourteen days ago.
• You changed your mind after receiving and opening the product.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at help@muscleearth.world with your order details, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within five business days.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

Free Online Tools

Our free online tools, including the Break Matrix, Spatial Audit, and Off-Screen Choreographer, are provided at no cost and are not subject to this Return Policy.
